Amazing Staff and Clean, friendly place. During my recent Easter stay, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing, always friendly and willing to help. The cleanliness of the place was also impressive, especially the breakfast area which was spotless. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've had in a while, with fluffy omelets, delicious bacon. The value for money was great, especially considering the quality of the breakfast.

In need of updates and lack of communication. However, there were a few drawbacks to my stay.

The breakfast in the lobby was outstanding, with a wide variety of options and a lovely dining area. The location of the hotel was good, not far from downtown and close to a Cracker Barrel restaurant in the Indianapolis area.

During my recent trip alone, I stayed at a hotel located close to a Cracker Barrel restaurant in the Indianapolis area. Although it was far away from tourist attractions, the peaceful location helped me to relax. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean with soft towels like the ones mentioned in other reviews. The breakfast was great and offered on real china plates as mentioned in one of the reviews. The hotel had well-lit parking, and the staff was helpful and attentive as well.

The hotel elevator had a weird smell, which was mentioned in one of the reviews.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. For a one-bedroom suite, the price was great for a last-minute stop. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen in the room, which made it convenient for preparing meals. The location of the hotel is also convenient, as it is close to downtown Indianapolis and major shopping centers and restaurants.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I was happy to find a hotel that offered complimentary breakfast and evening social. the breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold food and the social event had tasty snacks. the hotel was located near many stores and restaurants, which made it convenient to go out and explore the area. the room was quite spacious and comfortable, with plenty of amenities provided. I had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Although the location was convenient, it was quite noisy due to the nearby traffic. the pool was small, which made it difficult to enjoy a swim with other guests around.

I recently stayed in a hotel that had plenty of space in the room with a kitchenette, which had nearly full sized appliances. The hotel's location was really convenient, being near several restaurants and a Cracker Barrel restaurant. It was also not far from downtown, which made it easy to explore the area. The staff was really helpful and friendly as well.

All in all, this hotel was great so I can't really find any faults with it.

The staff was amazing - Alison, Kim, Michelle, Tracey, Ernie. Neat and clean location with great service. Outstanding hotel, exceeded expectations. Will definitely return and recommend to others.

We had a great time during our city break at this hotel. the pool staying open until 11pm was a huge bonus for us, as we were able to relax and swim late into the evening. Additionally, the breakfast being open until 10am was very convenient, giving us plenty of time to enjoy a delicious meal before starting our day of exploring. the staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

There were a couple of negative aspects to our experience. our AC wasn't working well on the second night, which made the room uncomfortable.
