Lovely hotel, helpful staff, great location, clean room, comfy bed.

Had a lovely time during my Christmas stay. the staff were kind and helpful, and the room was clean and in great condition. the breakfast had a good variety of fruits, cheeses, and pastries. the location was central, with a nice square and church right outside. Enjoyed the warm welcome and easy check-in process. the rooftop terrace and bar provided great views across the city.

The walls were quite thin, and I could hear the conversations from the next room. It was a bit noisy at times, especially with the bar on the rooftop terrace.

This hotel is perfectly located, so close to all the main attractions and the train station. The room was modern, clean, and had great air conditioning. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of choice. The view from our room was lovely and added to the experience.

This place is perfectly situated in the city center, close to Giralda but also easily accessible by car and taxi. The location is great, just a 5-minute walk to the Cathedral and a 15-minute walk to the Plaza de Espana. The beautiful cobble streets and numerous Tapas bars around every corner make it a perfect spot to relax. The staff here are friendly and attentive, always with a smile on their faces whenever you see them. They even noticed it was my birthday from my passport and wished me a happy birthday. The service here is top-notch, with full support and guidance for any guest requests. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The rooftop terrace bar offers a breathtaking view of the city.

This place is fine although it would be even better without the potted plants, which take up space that could be used for sunbeds.
