The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and our room was spacious and well-equipped. The location was convenient for the airport, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help us with anything we needed.

The breakfast selection could be improved, especially the waffles. The batter was too heavy and didn't cook fully, so they didn't taste as good as they could have.

During our Christmas stay, we loved the spacious and clean rooms. The kitchenette was fully equipped with everything we needed, including pots and dishes. The hotel's key location made it convenient for us to access all the places we wanted to go. Plus, the free parking and wifi were definite advantages.

Additionally, the noise from the nearby airport was noticeable at times. Despite these drawbacks, our overall experience at the hotel was enjoyable.

I had a group of 10 people with a cancelled flight and the Residence Inn in Chelsea was a heaven sent! They were so helpful with the shuttle to and from the airport, which made our travel much easier. The newly renovated rooms were lovely and the lobby was beautiful. Even though there was still some construction in the bar area, they still provided us with food. The great breakfast was definitely a highlight of our stay. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the free shuttle service to the airport and the nearby train station. The 10-minute train ride into Boston was super convenient for exploring all the attractions. The bar meal during the thunderstorm was a simple but delicious option.
