As a business traveler, I stayed at Residence Inn for three nights. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping, dining, and attractions. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The spacious room had separate work areas and a sleeper sofa, perfect for my husband and I to work and for our son to sleep. The TV on a swivel mechanism was a unique and convenient feature. We loved the design and will definitely stay again.

The hotel is conveniently located near several tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Whether you want to visit Universal Studios or Griffith Park, everything is within close proximity. The rooms are well-designed with a complete kitchen that accommodates two adults. It's great to have the option to cook our own meals during the stay. The hotel offers a sofa bed in the room, which was perfect for accommodating our niece. It's nice to have the extra sleeping space without having to book an additional room. The breakfast provided at the hotel was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed a variety of options and it was a convenient way to start our day.

There were a few minor issues, but overall, everything was fine.

Nothing could have been better.

Although the location was near many popular attractions, unfortunately, some of our stay didn't meet our expectation. However, we must commend the two complimentary drinks we received at check-in were a pleasant surprise. we appreciated how close the hotel was to the restaurants and downtown area, making for a romantic night out.

The room wasn't as clean as we hoped. The bathroom had mildew on the shower curtain and the floor needed a better sweeping.

The location of this hotel was very convenient for our xmas trip, as it was close to the airport and other places we wanted to visit. The rooms were newer and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen that came in handy. The breakfast provided in the lobby had a good variety of options, including scrambled eggs, toast, fruit, coffee, juices.

First, the front desk forgot to inform us about the parking fee, which was an unexpected additional cost. Additionally, the reception staff was not friendly or accommodating, and their attitude left a lot to be desired.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! the great value for money, especially considering how close it is to many "must-see" tourist locations, which makes it an ideal location for travellers on a tight budget. Secondly, the rooms had all the basic amenities I needed, including a fully functioning kitchen, which was amazing. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and provided an excellent way to start the day.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was near-perfect.

Great for Long-term Stay

The customer service at Residence Inn was exceptional. We had to make a last-minute change to our reservation due to a family emergency, and Ramona went above and beyond to accommodate us. She ensured that we could stay in our room at the original rate and even took care of canceling our backup reservation. We were so grateful for her understanding and willingness to help in a difficult situation. The caring and well-trained staff made our stay truly special. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent customer service and convenient location.
