The hotel had a lot of included amenities, such as a pool and spa with long hours of operation. The gym was clean and bright. The pet-friendly room was also clean and didn't smell like a pet room. The pull-out bed for our son was easy to set up and clean. The rooms were nice, updated, and modern. The breakfast had a variety of options and the staff was exceptionally accommodating. The pillows were great.

I recently stayed at Residence Inn for a week-long ski trip. The breakfast selection was impressive, even when the hotel was busy with a high school ski team. I appreciated being able to walk to the nearby grocery store and do laundry on-site. The staff was exceptional, even with my late arrival. The complimentary hot breakfast and comfortable accommodations made for a great stay. The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop for easy access to downtown.

The hotel's location was very convenient, as it was next door to a synagogue and a grocery store. Additionally, it was close to various shopping centers, making it easy to find everything we needed.

The pool and hot tub were unexpectedly out of service until the end of March, which was not communicated prior to arrival.

Our Christmas stay was great! the hotel offered complimentary breakfast and hot cocoa station which was perfect for the holiday season. It was conveniently located near a grocery store and we were able to cook delicious meals in our spacious kitchen. We also loved the blackout shades in the room which made sleeping in easy.

The noise levels were high. We had trouble sleeping due to loud noises from parties in neighboring rooms.
