The hotel offered easy access and parking, which made our stay convenient. the well-equipped kitchen in our room was a major plus, allowing us to cook our own meals and avoid relying on restaurants. Additionally, the spacious studio we stayed in was tastefully furnished and immaculately presented, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

On the downside, we weren't pleased with the additional fee for bringing our cat, especially since we had informed them in advance. Additionally, the breakfast offered standard hotel fare with limited options, and the bathroom door and front door lock had maintenance issues that needed fixing.

My home away from home

I had such a comfortable and convenient stay at Residence Inn. The staff, especially Jerry and Samantha, treated me like family. The fully stocked kitchen and grill by the pool made it easy to prepare meals. The laundry room was a bonus for clean clothes. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was amazing! It offered great value for money, especially with the complete kitchen in the room and the breakfast included that had fresh fruits. Additionally, it was conveniently close to a plaza with a variety of shops, which made it easy to find everything I needed. The service staff was friendly and attentive, and the location next to an organic grocery store was a big plus.

Every person we interacted with was friendly and greeted us warmly. The suite was well-equipped and provided privacy for each bedroom. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations. We were also pleased with the location as it was close to a variety of shops and easily accessible from a major freeway.

We experienced an issue with the pet cleaning fee, like one of the other reviews mentioned. However, the staff was quick to resolve the situation and apologized for the inconvenience.

I had a comfortable and quiet stay at a two-story hotel with excellent Wi-Fi and numerous electrical outlets. The desk was spacious, the bed was restful, and the kitchen area was a nice touch. The front desk staff and breakfast area were friendly and professional. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was fantastic with many options to choose from and was included. the location was perfect, just a short distance from the main highway which made getting around very easy. our room was spacious and included a well-equipped kitchenette which allowed us to make our own meals.

The beds were uncomfortable and felt very hard. We had a difficult time getting comfortable each night which took away from the overall experience.
