The room I stayed in was clean and well-maintained. the bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to various attractions and amenities in the area. I also appreciated the friendly and professional staff who made me feel welcome during my stay.

The pool was disappointing. It was dirty and there were no towels available.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by how conveniently located it is. Everything was right there, from great dining options to a grocery store just a short walk away. The hotel staff were truly amazing and provided excellent service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. They had all the amenities I needed, such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a TV. Plus, the indoor swimming pool and spa were perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day.

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn in Columbia for a few days. The staff, especially Yolande at the front desk, were wonderful and accommodating. They informed us about the shortage of housekeeping and made sure we had everything we needed. The location of the hotel is great, close to restaurants, shopping, and Lake Murray. The pool was perfect for my son who has special needs. the staff, amenities, and location made our stay enjoyable.

Despite a few minor issues, I can recommend this hotel. Although there was a cockroach in my room, the hotel offered a discount the next day.

The bed was extremely comfortable and perfect for business travelers like us. The smell of the hallways was always pleasant, probably because of the coffee. The hotel provided water and a Keurig coffee machine, which was ideal for us coffee addicts. The jet tub in the room was a great way to relax after a long day. Checking in was easy and the staff was helpful and answered all our questions.

We felt very lucky to have found this hotel with no complaints at all.

The location was convenient, with nearby family and local restaurants. The staff, particularly Caroline at the front desk, provided outstanding service. She handled guests, employees, and phones efficiently and even helped with dinner orders. Ms. Frances in the restaurant provided excellent service at breakfast. I hope both of them are appreciated by the company. I had a great stay and look forward to returning.

The bed was comfortable, the hallways smelled great, and the jet tub was perfect for relaxation. Checking in was easy and the hotel is conveniently located near good restaurants. I now choose Hilton Garden whenever I travel.

The property is beautiful and very clean. Staff is sweet and pleasant. Vending machines, ice and water bottles provided. Each room has a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Dinner service was superb, with the chef checking on the meal quality. Front desk staff was attentive and promptly addressed requests. Good location near many restaurants. The indoor pool is clean and nice. The room and hotel were very clean. The front desk and maid service were friendly.
