The pool at Belo was absolutely amazing. The crystal-clear water and comfortable lounge chairs made it the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. I spent hours there, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. During my stay at Belo, I encountered a small issue with the bathroom window in my room. The window was unlocked and from the outside, it was possible to see into the room. I immediately reported it to the front desk, and they took immediate action to address the situation. They apologized for the inconvenience and ensured that security measures were put in place to prevent any further incidents. I appreciated their prompt response and commitment to guest safety. I had a great experience at Belo. The beautiful rooms, friendly staff, and the excellent pool made my stay enjoyable. Despite a minor hiccup, the hotel's swift action to resolve the issue showed their dedication to guest satisfaction. I would definitely recommend staying at Belo for a relaxing and comfortable vacation.

The breakfast served at the hotel's restaurant was delicious and varied, providing a great start to our day. We also appreciated the convenience of being able to rent scooters just across the road. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the limited availability of certain amenities and a noisy neighboring room, our overall experience at Hotel Belo Isla Mujeres was positive. The hotel was situated in a prime location, making it easy to navigate through the area. the rooftop pool was a highlight of our holiday, and we enjoyed relaxing and soaking up the sun while taking in the stunning views of the surrounding area.

The bike rentals were not well-maintained and unusable, and the service at the restaurant was extremely slow. while the bedding and beds were okay, they were not as comfortable as expected.

I had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful hotel. Belo Isla Mujeres ticks all the luxury boxes, from the stunning rooms to the superb staff. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. the restaurant was also top-notch, serving delicious food and accommodating all of my dietary requests. Not to mention, the beach was absolutely lovely and very private to the resort. the attention to detail, like the little water channel to wash your feet after the beach, truly made a difference. the clean and beautiful pool, along with the warm and private spas, added to the overall luxurious experience. And let's not forget the world-class gym with its incredible morning view.

Stayed at Belo for our anniversary and had an amazing experience! the staff went above and beyond to make our private beach dinner special, with beautiful lights in the shape of a heart and other surprises. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a stunning view from the rooftop pool. the staff, including the doorman, were always friendly and helpful. the all-inclusive option was fantastic, with delicious a la carte dining.

Located right on the beach, Hotel Belo offers stunning views of the sea. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with good quality sheets and towels. The facilities, such as the pool and jacuzzis, are cozy and provide a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is kind and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfast is tasty and there are plenty of options to choose from.

The hotel charges for coffee and water in the rooms, which seems a bit stingy.

We had a fantastic stay at Belo! The staff was friendly and welcoming, the restaurant served delicious food, and the beach was lovely and private. The small channel of water to wash our feet after the beach was a thoughtful touch. The pool and spas were clean and had a great ambiance. The gym had a world-class view. The beach access and hammocks in the water were a bonus, and the rooftop infinity pool was amazing. The rooms were excellent with comfortable beds and a great shower. a perfect location with excellent amenities.

We recently stayed at a luxurious hotel with exclusive amenities in a tropical paradise. the hotel fulfilled all of our needs for a relaxing getaway. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were amazing, and the staff was always available to provide us with poolside snacks and drinks. the rooftop pool and sun terrace were perfect for watching the sunset. the room advantages were also exclusive, including private facilities and a restaurant with delicious food.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and the spacious and lovely rooms. We also loved the perfect location on the Sac Banjo, away from the busy North Beach area. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the well-equipped gym and the fun rooftop day bar. The breakfast was delicious and detailed, and we appreciated the unique touch of the cute bracelet given to acknowledge our stay. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made our stay truly enjoyable.
