Staying at the Residence Inn was like checking into a cozy, oversized apartment right by the Mall of America! My queen 2-bedroom suite was clean and spacious, perfect for our family. The full kitchen made us feel like gourmet chefs, whipping up breakfast while the kids lounged in their own rooms. Plus, the complimentary shuttle was like having your own chauffeur, zipping us to the mall in style! All in all, a fabulous experience.

Check-in was easy with an efficient front desk. The suite had a well-appointed kitchen, making family meals hassle-free. The pool was warm and inviting for kids. Breakfast had a nice variety of quality items. Will definitely choose this spot for future trips.

The mattress on the sofa bed was dismal, making it an uncomfortable experience for my teenager. I was disappointed to find out the pool was closed, as my family was really looking forward to using it. Additionally, the fact that we had to pay for parking felt unfair, especially when we were already paying for our stay.

The suite was clean and functional, perfect for my family. The shuttle service is top-notch for quick airport access.
