Stayed for Christmas and had a great experience. the rooms were clean & comfortable and the staff was courteous & friendly. the breakfast had a wide variety of options, including healthier choices such as chicken sausage & nonfat Greek yogurt. the location was perfect, close to Mall of America & other attractions.

The only downside was that there was no fireplace in our room, which was advertised. Despite that, everything else was great.

The shuttle to and from the mall was always on time, making our shopping trips convenient. The breakfast each morning offered a great selection and fresh fruit. The room was clean and comfortable, and having a kitchen in the suite was a plus. The hotel's location, just two blocks from a Super Walmart, made it easy for us to enjoy some dinners in our room. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the spacious two-bedroom suite with two bathrooms, which worked out very nicely for us. The hotel facilities were excellent, with tables and seating where we ordered pizza and were able to all hang out one night. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and its convenient location to the Mall.

Everything is what I need and want.

The staff at this hotel was amazing. Oscar and the morning desk clerk were always welcoming and polite. They greeted us with a smile and were very helpful. The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to Ft Snelling, the airport, and just across the street from Mall of America and IKEA. We enjoyed the convenience of having a shuttle to the shopping centers, although we didn't use it. The breakfast provided had a good variety and started early enough. We also loved the fact that there were Pack N Plays available for families on both the first and second floors.

We had a fantastic weekend getaway at this clean and affordable property. The warm pool was perfect for our young children, and it was not crowded at all. We loved the breakfast and the cozy eating/gathering area with different nooks, fireplaces, and TVs. The room was spacious and had a kitchen area, which was great. It was clean and had a nice design, with comfortable beds and two types of pillows. We also appreciated the carpet and the fact that there was both a pool and a hot tub. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay.

The pool area felt warm, but we have no complaints about our overall experience.
