We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel facilities were excellently equipped, with a rooftop pool area that provided amazing views of the city. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the bus stop, making transportation to and from the hotel easy and affordable. Furthermore, the hotel's proximity to the historic center allowed us to explore the city's rich history and visit popular attractions. We also had the opportunity to enjoy a fabulous musical event on three nights and dine at the rooftop restaurant, which offered delicious meals and stunning views.

We recently had a romantic getaway and the complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates were a lovely touch. the views from the room were breathtaking and the location was perfect for exploring the city. the pool area was a great spot to relax and soak up the sun.

The air conditioning had an overpowering smell which made it unbearable to keep on. We also experienced some issues with the Wi-Fi which made it difficult to stay connected while planning our activities.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Hotel Saratoga. The spacious and newly renovated room exceeded our expectations. The amenities provided were complete and the cleanliness was impeccable. The location of the hotel was also ideal, offering easy access to various attractions in town. We especially appreciated the attentive and friendly reception staff who recognized us as previous clients and even offered an upgrade in room type. Despite some minor inconveniences, such as the need to go up a few steps mid-corridor and the lack of proper acoustic treatment in the rooms, we had an overall enjoyable experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. I would highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful ambiance, excellent service, and convenient location.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, close to the historic center of the city. We could easily walk to all the sites we wanted to visit. The rooftop restaurant offered stunning views of the city and the cathedral. The room had a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of hot and cold options. The staff provided great service and were always friendly and helpful.

We were disappointed that the Jazz club was not open during our stay.

We loved staying at this venue! It's located in an excellent area, within easy walking distance of many attractions, and accessible to lots of sites worth visiting. The service was top-notch, from the room service to the car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and shuttle service. When we arrived, we were offered a welcome drink and tours/ticket assistance was provided. The room amenities were great, especially the ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar. The garden furniture and soundproofed rooms made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The dining experience was wonderful, with an extensive selection of delicious options available for breakfast and other meals. The staff were accommodating and made sure we had an enjoyable time.

While the service was friendly, it was sometimes slow, especially at early morning check out. However, we still recommend this hotel to others looking for a wonderful experience, with plenty of leisure and entertainment on offer.
