The location of the hotel was fantastic, with key attractions and transportation hubs all within walking distance. Being able to easily explore the city and travel around was a major plus. the facilities at the hotel were great. Lastly, the service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience.

There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. the breakfast was quite expensive for what was on offer, so I decided to have breakfast outside of the hotel.

The hotel is located right opposite the main train station, making it extremely convenient for travelers. The nearby shopping main area is also just a short walk away, offering plenty of options for entertainment and dining. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with immaculate bathrooms and nice showers. The staff provide excellent service, always with a smile. The breakfast buffet, although expensive, offers a variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel has a swimming pool, a day spa, and a Nespresso machine in the rooms.

The restaurant in the hotel was nearly empty, which may indicate that the dining experience could be lacking in atmosphere or variety.

Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. Convenient location near Christmas markets and a fantastic spa. Easy parking and extended services. Professional staff. Great amenities nearby.

The hotel was situated very close to the city center where the Christmas market and other tourist destinations were located. the staff was friendly and offered free drinks and snacks upon arrival. the complimentary toiletries were also a nice touch.

The hotel was a disappointment overall. the rooms were very outdated and in need of renovation.

We recently stayed in this hotel and it was an unforgettable experience. the luxurious amenities provided in the room exceeded our expectations. the Spa & wellness centre had an Indoor swimming pool, Turkish bath, steam room, and Sauna, which helped us relax after a day of exploring. the Restaurant and Bar/Lounge areas were well, stocked with premium quality drinks and delicious meals.

We encountered a slight issue when we found no in, room tea/coffee, making facilities. Although, on asking for it, we were provided with a kettle, cups, and tea but no coffee.

Impressive staff, service, rooms, and meals. Convenient location near the train station. Large and comfortable room.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Steigenberger was cozy and offered a lovely pool and sauna for relaxation after a day of exploring. the staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond, even helping us make dinner reservations. the location was perfect, within walking distance of the train station, historic sights, and Christmas markets. the room was spacious and quiet, with a clean and spacious bathroom. a great experience that we would highly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room at Steigenberger. The large bathroom was a definite plus, although the glass panel near the toilet could have been better for privacy. Despite the lack of AC, the fan system kept the room temperature stable at 24 degrees. The breakfast spread was great and provided a good start to the day. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel.
