Excellent Service !! We stayed here for a free night with Marriott. The hotel is in great condition and has been recently renovated. The room was spotless and spacious, with extra amenities that made our stay very comfortable. One of the highlights was the complimentary shuttle service to downtown, which saved us from dealing with traffic and parking. we had a wonderful experience at Residence Inn Boise West and would highly recommend it.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Residence Inn. The suite was spacious and well-designed, providing plenty of room for my family and ensuring privacy for everyone. The kitchen setup was a bonus, allowing us to easily prepare meals. The hotel also went above and beyond with a special request for my grandson's birthday, providing a thoughtful snack and decorations. The breakfast was delicious and added to the overall enjoyable experience.

While there were many positives, I did have a few minor issues. Additionally, the pool had a strong chlorine odor, but it was still usable.
