I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the center of the city and close to the train station where I returned my rental car. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and even a skylight that added a special touch. I also appreciated the variety of amenities provided, from the tea and coffee facilities to the mini-bar and the soundproofed rooms. It truly felt like a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Great location near the train station and amazing staff, always professional and ready to help. the rooms are beautifully decorated and come equipped with free water bottles.

Our room was uncomfortably hot and the thermostat didn't seem to lower the temperature. the shower had very low water pressure, making for an unpleasant experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Atocha Hotel Madrid. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Atocha station for our early train. The room was newly updated with modern amenities and a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. Despite a minor issue with the lift, the hotel promptly fixed it and ensured it didn't affect our stay. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The convenience of being near the train station allowed for easy exploration of the city and made it simple to catch my train the next day. The hotel's prime location near the train station was extremely convenient for me. I was able to easily return my rental car and catch my early train. Additionally, the close proximity to the Atocha station and metro made it effortless to explore the city. The room was spacious and well-furnished, providing a comfortable stay.

There were some minor issues throughout my stay that could have been improved.
