i almost thought i’d enjoy my stay until i realized the bathroom toilet roll was unreachably placed near the door. also, the double glazing did not work, leaving me with traffic noise all night. to top it off, i expected some special treatment, like a room upgrade, but clearly, that was too much to ask. definitley disappointing.

Fantastic place to unwind after a day of exploring, and enjoy the beautiful Parque del Buen Retiro nearby.

The Deluxe King Room was clean and spacious, offering a comfortable stay. However, the air conditioning struggled to maintain a consistent temperature, making it occasionally uncomfortable. The location is excellent for exploring nearby attractions. perfect for a short stay in Madrid.

Upon entering, the friendly staff made me feel right at home. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a variety of healthy options. The room was stylish and included a coffee machine, which was an excellent perk for early mornings!

However, the air conditioning was frustrating. despite setting it low, it would warm up unexpectedly during the night. Additionally, the surrounding neighborhood appeared a bit rough at times.

This was a convenient place to stay during my business trip, with many key attractions just a short walk away, including the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum and the Royal Palace. I loved the comfortable, modern suite that was very clean and well-decorated. The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, even offering recommendations for exploring the area. However, I did experience some noise from the street outside at night, so I recommend bringing earplugs just in case.

Really enjoyed the location, super close to all the art museums! The breakfast had a great variety including some cook-to-order options. Staff was friendly and attentive, always willing to help. Plus, the restaurant was delicious!

Had an absolutley phenomenal time here. The breakfast buffet was top-notch, and I remember the staff were unbelievably attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. There's even a great patio area where I spent some time unwinding after a long day.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but with the experience I had, totally worth it.

The hotel is fantastic! Our room was super clean and comfy. They provided pet amenities without batting an eye, which was a lovely touch!

However, the bed felt like a marshmallow, and navigating the parking garage was like a game of Tetris. WiFi could use a boost too!

However, I nearly became a mermaid with all that water pooling in the shower. A little maintenance would do wonders—stay away from room 108 unless you fancy a swim!
