Smooth check-in, helpful staff, perfect room, great bed, well-equipped kitchen.

All was perfect.

The breakfast selection was diverse and satisfying for all guests. The staff was friendly and check-in was a breeze. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. Convenient parking was available, even when the hotel was at full capacity. The internet connection was reliable.

The manager at the hotel, "MM", was incredibly understanding and helpful when my family had an issue with a lost bag. He went out of his way to assist us and ensure that the situation was resolved. The suite I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchen and a comfortable living room area. The hotel staff were polite and professional, and the breakfast area provided a great space for business meetings. I had a pleasant and convenient stay at Residence Inn Charlotte Southpark.

Although traffic can get heavy, there is plenty to do in the area. Another positive aspect of this hotel is its cleanliness. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the attention to detail was commendable. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were friendly and provided great service, making my stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the breakfast offered a variety of options, catering to all guests' preferences.
