The layout of the room was great and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The separate sitting area was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Although there were some minor issues with the bathroom, overall I had a great experience at Residence Inn. Overall I recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Charlotte.

The manager at the hotel, "MM", was incredibly understanding and helpful when my family had an issue with a lost bag. He went out of his way to assist us and ensure that the situation was resolved. The suite I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchen and a comfortable living room area. The hotel staff were polite and professional, and the breakfast area provided a great space for business meetings. I had a pleasant and convenient stay at Residence Inn Charlotte Southpark.
