We loved how close the hotel was to all the tourist attractions in the city. It was in the heart of things, surrounded by many restaurants and just a short Uber ride away from the museums. The location couldn't have been better for exploring downtown. Additionally, the breakfast provided by the hotel was great, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful, insightful, and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, accommodating our needs and even storing our bikes for us after we checked out. We can't thank them enough for their exceptional service.

The room had a great view and was spacious, perfect for families. The modern decor and absence of dangerous furniture were appreciated. The staff was helpful and cheery, and the complimentary beer/wine and dinner were a nice touch. The breakfast had a good variety, and the location was convenient for exploring the city.

The staff, bed, vibe, and access to the city were all excellent at Residence Inn. The lobby with the cozy fireplace created a wonderful ambiance. The customer service, breakfast, and kitchen facilities were great. The view and the helpfulness of the staff made the stay even more enjoyable.

In the heart of the action, this hotel boasts a prime location close to the lakefront, River Walk cafes, and tour embarkation. Rooms are well-appointed, with full kitchenettes and ample space, while staff provide friendly, welcoming customer service. Breakfast is continental fare, and the pool area is clean and inviting. While the fitness center has only one weight bench and a limited selection of weights, it doesn't detract from the overall quality of the hotel.

Nothing it was perfect.

This hotel is perfect! I loved the location, I was able to walk to so many places in this downtown area and the Chicago River was right there. The service was fantastic, the staff was so friendly and helpful from the doorman to the maids. The room was amazing, it had everything I needed and more, the kitchenette was a great convenience. The flat-screen TV, hair dryer, and ironing facilities in the room were great too.

My recent stay at Residence Inn was fantastic! I stayed for a week for a business trip. The kitchenette in my room was well equipped with utensils and appliances, making cooking convenient. The hotel's location was great, with easy access to a connected parking garage. The breakfast had a good variety and changed daily. The room itself was spacious and well designed, with a comfortable king bed. The laundry room on the 27th floor was a handy bonus. a wonderful experience.

Great central location in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood, close to many attractions and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, including freshly made waffles and a selection of cereals. having a full kitchen in our room was a great convenience, allowing us to prepare meals and snacks when desired.

The elevator situation was a bit inconvenient, having to transfer between elevators to reach our room. The rooms themselves were clean but lacked character, feeling like they were assembled in a generic manner.

The breakfast staff, particularly Glenda and Ismeta, exceeded my expectations with their caring, friendliness. The breakfast itself was outstanding, with a wide variety of options to meet any dietary needs. I also loved the great location of the hotel, which was convenient for exploring the city.

One thing that could be improved is the room air quality. It could have been a bit better, and having a bathroom fan would have been nice.
