During my Xmas stay, the staff was super nice and the breakfast was yummy with different options each day. the room had a nice view and was spacious, plus the bed was like sleeping on a cloud.

The room was dirty with stains on the couch, floor, and furniture. the bathroom was not clean, with dirt and hair left behind.
