The air conditioning units are way too loud!!! The hot tub was out of service and enjoys no attention—when will it get fixed? Housekeeping could certainly use more thoroughness to keep up with guests' expectations!!!

Housekeeping staff need clearer communication about cleaning schedules.

Loved me stay! Staff were proper lovely, made me feel right at home. The little yellow rubber ducky was a fun touch, innit? Only downside was the hot tub was kaput. Still, brekkie was decent with a good mix. Will be back for sure!

The staff created a wonderful experience. their warmth and attentiveness truly stood out. They provided a large variety of hot breakfasts daily and made it a point to remember the children’s favorite cereals. Despite the pool being closed for renovations, the general manager generously upgraded our room to ensure we had space for the kids to play. However, the lack of spa functionality was disappointing, and some staff interactions were less than warm.

Got upgraded to a lekker two-bedroom suite, way more space than expected! The staff were super friendly, and brekkie was a nice surprise with some decent options. The little yellow rubber ducky they give you? Just cute!

But the hot tub jets were kaput, which was a bummer during our stay.

Be sure to ask about the weekly social events. free food and drinks are a great perk for mingling with other guests.

Had a lovely stay for three nights! The suite was spacious and spotless, perfect for fam gatherings. Heather at the front desk was a gem and made our check-in breezy.

However, the HVAC rattled like it was auditioning for a band, and the pillows were flatter than my charisma at a dull party. Who knew blending comfort and noise could be a thing?

during my recent stay, I found the hotel perfectly situated just a short walk from Westover Park, offering a lovely green space for my city strolls, and I loved being so close to a variety of restaurants, including a delicious Cajun seafood spot just 0.2 km away, making it easy to explore flavors after a day of sightseeing.
