We had a fantastic stay at Springhill Suites. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we loved the view of the pool and lake from our room. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect temperatures, and the extra space in the room with the couch and walk-in closet was a nice bonus. it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff at Springhill Suites went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They surprised my granddaughter with a personalized birthday key and treat. The maid service was always friendly, and the breakfast staff was busy but still had a smile on their faces. In a busy world, their courtesy was greatly appreciated. The hotel also had a nice fire feature outside and a walking trail nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service.

This hotel is perfect for a fun and adventure-filled stay! With a walking trail close by and a variety of restaurants in the area, you won’t run out of options. The modern and clean room and bathroom exceeded my expectations, along with the friendly and accommodating service. Additionally, the breakfast selection was delicious and convenient, and the outdoor fire feature was a nice touch.

The front entrance and lobby could use an upgrade to match the hotel’s four-star experience.

There were plenty of USB ports, making it easy to charge all of our devices. The bathroom was big and well-maintained. The outdoor space was beautiful, and the pool area was clean and modern. The staff were super friendly and efficient, making us feel right at home. The full breakfast provided was delicious and had a nice variety of options. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, location, breakfast, and staff.

The value for money was exceptional, and the room was comfortable and spacious with a beautiful view of the pool and lake. The location was great, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast menu could be improved by offering a wider variety of options, such as bacon or sausage, ripe berries, and softer scones or muffins. Additionally, an extra coffee dispenser would be convenient, especially for those who don't drink hot chocolate in the hot weather.

We had a wonderful stay at Springhill Suites. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a walk-in closet and comfy beds. The swimming pool was a highlight, although there could have been more clean towels available. we would definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was good, offering a decent selection of options. the location was convenient, close to everything we needed. Another advantage was the friendly staff who were always willing to help.

We encountered a couple of issues during our stay. First, the battery on our room door key was dead when we arrived and despite charging it, it died again the next day.

The hotel was in a good spot in the city, with easy access to everything. the breakfast was quite nice, and there were a couple of complimentary things that made staying here a bit more enjoyable. the staff were really kind and helpful. I liked the location of the hotel and the fact that there was a pool onsite. It was a very peaceful spot that made it easy to relax and unwind.

The overall lighting was a little dim, and there could have been better soundproofing in the rooms. I could hear a lot of noise from the hallways and other rooms, which made it hard to sleep.
