I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location was excellent, with many restaurants nearby, and it was situated in the suburbs of this city. The hotel facilities were great, with a fully equipped kitchen in the apartment-style rooms, separate rooms with bathrooms, and even a BBQ and fire pit on the patio. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and one staff member in particular, an African American guy, was very pleasant and offered assistance if needed.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. Fully equipped kitchen, close to shops, restaurants, and National Parks. Safe neighborhood.

Felt like relaxing at home, nothing was too much trouble.

The location was great, set back from the main road which made me feel safe and secure. the breakfast offered a good variety of items and I especially liked the fact that there were no upholstered couches in the suite, just leather or faux leather which seemed much more sanitary. the suite itself was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of plugs for electronic devices and a convenient work table.

I wasn't impressed with the comfort level of the room. the TV placement was awkward and there were fingerprints all over it.
