I got great value for my money at Residence Inn. The room was beautiful and comfortable, with plenty of cable channels to watch. The location was perfect for visiting Hersheypark. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more welcoming.

Despite being in sort of an industrial area, guests mention that the rooms are surprisingly quiet, with no noise from the nearby highway reaching their accommodations. Additionally, the staff is praised for their friendliness and promptness in addressing any issues that arise during the stay.

There were a few instances where guests experienced cleanliness issues with their rooms, such as dirty coffee cups and unclean linens.

Overall great stay! We stayed here while visiting HersheyPark. The penthouse suite in building 5 was spacious and had a nice kitchen. The indoor pool was separate but enjoyable. Breakfast was good, especially the hot chocolate station. The staff was wonderful and check-in was easy.

We had a few minor concerns, such as waiting for check-in and the cleanliness of the suite. However, despite these drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel for a stay near Hershey.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. There was black mold around the tub area and the shower head had soap scum and rust.

Secondly, the staff were exceptionally helpful and made me feel welcome, even though I arrived late at night. Finally, the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of a working fireplace which added a cozy touch to my stay. Oh, and the breakfast had a variety of options to choose from, ensuring that I started my day off on the right foot.
