We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The best aspects were the spaciousness of the room, the great lighting, and the full kitchen amenities with a full fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. We loved how close it was to the Spectrum and the fact that it was very quiet at night. Additionally, the free parking and breakfast were a big plus. The staff, particularly the man who served us at breakfast, were very polite and helpful. this hotel provided a modern and up-to-date experience with all the luxuries we needed.

We recently stayed at Residence Inn and had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchen and living area. The breakfast options were delicious, with a variety of hot and cold choices. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located super close to the Spectrum, making it very convenient. The area was very quiet at night and we had no problem with parking. The staff, especially the man who served us at breakfast, were polite and helpful.

I recently stayed at a hotel located in an industrial park area, which made it very quiet and peaceful. The rooms were spacious and well-stocked, with a kitchen and a large screen TV that could swivel between the sitting area and the bed. The breakfast had a good variety and was tasty, although the scrambled eggs were a bit salty. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful. it was a great stay.

The internet connection was unreliable and would frequently drop every 5-8 minutes.

Complementary breakfast and parking were a nice touch. Location was convenient for exploring the city. The room had a comfortable bed and a gym on site which was a bonus.

The walls were too thin, so the noise level from the hallway was distracting. The shower was also difficult to figure out and was not intuitive.

Great service from the front desk staff, they were accommodating and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The rooms were well-appointed and updated, with comfortable beds and a spacious layout. The location of the hotel was convenient, with a short drive to the Spectrum Center for dining options.

The room had a strong smell of mold, and the window didn't open fully, limiting fresh air circulation. The wall light switches were not functioning properly, causing difficulty in finding the "on" switch for the new lamps.

The room had a nice layout and was in the midst of a renovation. It was clean and the staff was extremely cordial. We even received a lovely card and fruit in the morning. The pictures of the completed renovation looked impressive in the lobby.

The hotel offers spacious suites with separate bedrooms, which was perfect for our group. The location of the hotel is great, with plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. Additionally, the hotel provided convenient parking facilities.

The staff at the reception were not very knowledgeable and seemed unhelpful. It took us a long time to check-in and there was no assistance with our suitcases.

I gotta say, this place was worth every penny. The room was super spacious and had awesome lighting. Plus, having a full kitchen with all the bells and whistles was a total game-changer. And let's not forget the amazing service from the breakfast guy - he was so polite and helpful. Oh, and the location was spot on, right near the Spectrum. Can't ask for more than that.

Now, don't get me wrong, I had an overall great experience, but there were a couple of minor hiccups along the way. When we arrived at check-in time, our room wasn't quite ready, and we had to wait for about 40 minutes.
