We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with clean linens and towels that felt brand new. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the parking was convenient. The location just outside of Brookings, SD was perfect for us, as it allowed us to stay close to the central area and easily walk to nearby restaurants like Applebees. The breakfast served at a convenient time and was not only appealing but also delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

Room cleanliness was unsatisfactory, with popcorn found under the pull, out couch cushions and mold on the ceiling near the pool area. the air conditioner in one of the rooms did not work well, resulting in a poor night's sleep.

As young people, we loved the quiet and safe atmosphere of the hotel, perfect for walking around at any time. The spacious and clean room exceeded our expectations. Great service and friendly staff. the check-in process was quick and the staff was ready to assist. Freezing a gel-pack for a work project was not a problem. the breakfast spread was good with a variety of hot and cold foods. Convenient location near restaurants.

The noise level was quite high, especially if your room is next to the pool or near any emergency exit doors. the constant opening and closing of these doors can be disturbing, especially late at night or early in the morning.

Spacious and comfortable rooms, with the most comfortable bed and pillows I've ever experienced in a hotel. Great shower with good water pressure and temperature. Convenient location on the eastern, most side of town near the intersection of Hwy 14 and I, 29.

Noise travels easily within the property, could hear people in the hallways and above me. Some flushing problems with the toilet, but the staff was prompt in sending maintenance to fix it.
