The convenience of having access to amenities in both hotels for business and recreational purposes was a definite plus. The staff, especially Brad, went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in and a pleasant stay. The room itself was incredibly spacious, equipped with a full kitchen like a condo, and impeccably clean. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations, offering a variety of delicious options including scrambled eggs, sausage, quiche, egg sandwiches. The location of the hotel was also ideal, within walking distance to everything downtown. we highly recommend Residence Inn Downtown for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Knoxville.

The entire staff, including Molly, Isaiah, Monica, and Kevon, were exceptional and made us feel right at home. We will definitely be staying here again.
