Friendly staff and great location

Super clean and super convenient! Alisha at valet was awesome and Trai at the front desk helped us out big time when we rolled in late. Everything’s within walking distance, which is a plus. Only bummer was the breakfast; didn’t love the buffet and room service was missing. Otherwise, really enjoyed it!

Room ready at early arrival. Prompt response to cigarette smell issue. Wonderful decor, cleanliness, and customer service. Great pool and staff. Nice proximity to Broadway. Loved rooftop pool. Potentially bring kids back for pool.

I had a great stay at Ac Hotel Downtown for 3 nights. The location was ideal, close to Broadway and the Hop on Hop off bus stop. The hotel was stylish, clean, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the 6th floor patio and rooftop bar were amazing.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The staff was friendly and provided exceptional customer service.

The room was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. the bathroom was also nice and well maintained. Additionally, the hotel's location was excellent, with plenty of dining options and attractions nearby.

There were a few negatives to our stay. the wifi was grossly inadequate and unreliable, which was a major inconvenience since we had to work during our stay.

The rooftop bar at the hotel was amazing with stunning views of the city. I enjoyed sipping my favorite cocktail while taking in the sights. I had a great experience at AC Hotel Nashville Downtown and would recommend it to others.

The breakfast offered at the adjoining hotel was delicious and worth the extra cost. the location of the hotel was convenient, with Music Row and good restaurants nearby. Additionally, the modern minimalist design of the hotel was appealing and gave a stylish vibe.

The cleanliness of the exterior hotel property was disappointing, with vomit and trash being a common sight. Furthermore, the limited sun exposure at the pool was frustrating, as the building blocked the sun for most of the day.

We had a fantastic stay here! The hotel is in a perfect location and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was modern, clean, and had all the amenities we needed - including a comfortable bed and a great view. We especially enjoyed the rooftop bar and the breakfast buffet was top-notch!

As foreign tourists, we loved the excellent location just a few blocks off Broadway. We could easily walk to all the attractions without being disturbed by noise. The staff were courteous and helpful.

The hotel is located near great bars, activities and sights, which are easily walkable from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and the room itself was spotless, and had a comfortable bed and great pillows. Nearby parking facilities were accessible for a reasonable fee. It's definitely a location worth recommending for those on a budget.

Some aspects of the hotel were not up to par, such as the cleaning of accessible rooms that seemed to have been unoccupied for a while.
