The hotel staff at breakfast were incredibly friendly and helpful. We faced some issues with the front desk not providing clear information about the shuttle service. Enjoyed the happy hour events by the pool area, which were a nice touch. Overall, a pleasant stay, despite the slight service hiccup.

Inconsistent housekeeping services!!! The air conditioning in rooms could be improved!!! The overall condition of the hotel feels outdated!!! The parking fees seem excessive compared to the service provided!!! Noise disturbances from other guests are a concern!!!

The breakfast omelette station was a delightful surprise. it was the highlight of my mornings!

Every evening, I was greeted by those delicious warm cookies at check-in. The bar staff, especially Dean, crafted cocktails like true artists—such a great way to unwind after a long day!

The room had some wear and tear. a bit more attention to renovations would really elevate the experience. I also wished the breakfast had a few more options. it was decent, but not exceptional.

Betty at the front desk was a real sweetheart, made me feel right at home! Room was spick and span, and I could kick back on the big ol' balcony. Just wish the breakfast had a bit more to choose from. Caught a sunrise from that spot—pure magic.

the breakfast was an absoluteley chaotic mess, with only one server struggling to handle the crowd. My room, which was supposedly cleaned every two days, ran out of towels. I also requested a late check-out and guess what? denied! a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been nice, but I guess Hilton doesn’t do that anymore.

the hilton has a great location close to the beach, and the outdoor pool area is super relaxing. marvel at the front desk is amazing! she was so sweet and even brought me ice cream while chatting at the bar. i loved the gym too, perfect for my workouts.

the bathroom was kinda small and i had trouble getting hot water when i needed it, but the pool area was awesome, super clean and had tables with umbrellas, and the staff, especially Betty at the front desk, were really friendly and helpful too.

the only downside was the parking can be tricky at night. the upgraded room was really modern and spacious. breakfast had the best omelette from the chef and premium wi-fi was fantastic (made staying connected a breeze).

The hotel's front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, even providing fresh cookies during check-in! The spacious room was well-lit, making our stay cozy and inviting. Highly recommend!
