This hotel was very convenient and had all the amenities we wanted. The location was fine, close to the tourist area and old town, and within easy walking distance of shops, cafes, and restaurants. The rooms were clean and quiet, with a very large screen TV. The breakfast was good for a complimentary one, with a good selection of restaurants around.

I had a friendly experience at the hotel, especially at Sebago, which I visited twice. The jacuzzi was a great way to relax after exploring Portland. The bed and studio room were comfortable and nicely decorated, and the staff were very accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

Located close to a beach and within 15 minutes walking distance to great restaurants and activities, this hotel is conveniently located in the heart of a developing neighborhood. The spacious rooms with brand new bathrooms, equipped with kitchen amenities, provide a comfortable experience. In addition, staff offer great service and breakfast options. Guests can take advantage of the gym, pool, and hot tub facilities.

My stay at Residence Inn was fantastic! I was in town for a few days and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was impeccably clean and well laid out, with all the necessary amenities. I was pleasantly surprised by the courtyard with a fire pit - such a cozy and hidden gem! The hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I also enjoyed the above-average workout room and pool. I wouldn't have traded my stay at Residence Inn for any other hotel downtown. I left completely satisfied and would highly recommend it.

Additionally, some rooms offered beautiful water views that added to the overall experience.
