The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the Stevenson Ranch shopping area, which is just a short distance away. We were able to get to the park by 10 am when it opened, thanks to the convenient location. The hotel is situated on quite a hill, which provided a peaceful and scenic atmosphere during our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped bathroom. The staff provided outstanding service and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the various facilities, such as the gym and outdoor swimming pool.

The thin walls in the room, which made it a bit noisy for light sleepers.

Friendly and attentive management. Our family was accommodated with adjoining rooms, and when a personal item was damaged, the manager, Sonya, graciously resolved the issue. The hotel's customer focus and understanding of service exceeded our expectations. The location near Hurricane Harbor was also a bonus.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The breakfast offered was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Miguel at the front desk. He went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met, even waking up the manager late at night. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to local areas and attractions like Magic Mountain. The hotel's hilltop position provided beautiful views.

The hotel was in a great location, close to 6 Flags Magic Mountain and also near shopping and restaurants. The staff were excellent and made us feel completely welcome. The room was lovely and spacious, perfect for my teenage sons and me. The buffet breakfast was a hit with my boys and had plenty of options to choose from.

The air conditioning was quite noisy, which was a bit annoying. Our room faced the freeway, so we had to deal with some road noise when we opened the windows for fresh air.

One thing that pleasantly surprised me was the complimentary breakfast, which exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the complimentary wine/beer and supper were a delightful treat. The pool area was always immaculate, with plenty of towels available. The added bonus of a laundry facility was definitely appreciated. I couldn't find a single fault with this wonderful hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located off the freeway and up a hill, making it quiet and peaceful. There are also some good restaurants within walking distance, although the hill might be a bit challenging for some. The staff at the hotel was friendly and the rooms were clean. The internet worked well and the breakfast in the morning was hot and ready to go. It was also nice to have a convenience store and gas station nearby.

Some of the rooms felt a bit dark and soul-less, especially for solo travelers. The TV signal was also not very good.

Our family had a great time at Residence Inn. The kids loved the pool and basketball court, especially after a fun day at Magic Mountain. The staff were always helpful, and the suite was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was a bonus, and having a living area and kitchen in the room was very convenient. it was a fantastic stay.

The hotel had a great location for our Christmas vacation. The complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi were a big plus. We also liked that there were plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby. And, the hotel had a nice indoor pool that was perfect for the kids to enjoy during the chilly weather.

The air conditioning unit in our room blew very cold air on our faces at night, causing headaches. We turned it off for the rest of our stay and slept well.
