The pool area was stunning and inviting. Check-in was a hassle; rooms weren't ready until after 3pm.

The jacuzzi was filthy—hair and grime filled the water when I turned on the jets, and there was a nasty ring around the tub. Definitely not what I expected for the price!

The lobby was stunning and welcoming, truly setting the mood for a cozy stay. My room felt like home with a comfy bed and an amazing in-room jacuzzi! Plus, the friendly chef made every meal an absolute delight.

The proximity to the casino is unbeatable. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the view was gorgeous. Brandon at the front desk truly made our stay special, ensuring we had a handicap room ready for us. The breakfast, however, didn't meet expectations; the eggs and bacon felt like leftovers. The shuttle service was convenient, but we struggled to catch a ride. the warmth of the staff and the lovely surroundings make this a place we’d gladly return to, despite the few hiccups.

The hotel is ideally situated just a few miles from Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun, allowing for easy access to gaming, dining, and entertainment, plus you can explore beautiful nearby sites like the Stonington Vineyards, Lantern Hill, and the Rainmaker Statue, all within a short drive or pleasant walk, making it a fantastic base for weekend wanderings; the rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a good night's sleep after a day of exploration. It could be improved with faster front desk service but overall, it's a great spot for those who love to walk and discover.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms clean with a fridge, TV, and all the usual amenities like coffee machine and free toiletries. I enjoyed the whirlpool, though it was out for a bit. Pool was nice, but small and cold. Shuttle service to the casino is a great perk!

Conveniently located next to Foxwoods, this hotel has undeniable potential but falls short in some areas. The presidential king suite is stunning, spacious, and equipped with a fantastic hot tub. Aesthetic appeal is high, with beautiful statues and a lovely lobby. several issues arose. Staff seemed overwhelmed, yet they handled requests with grace. Communication was lacking, particularly regarding cots and additional fees. Finding cots in storage after being told they weren’t available was frustrating. A large, unsupervised group of children disrupted peace. Despite its beauty and comfortable rooms, the lack of consistent dining options and minor inconveniences marred the experience. I appreciate the efforts of the diligent staff during challenging circumstances.

The room was exceptionally clean and featured a surprisingly comfortable bed. I slept like a rock. The spa tub was a highlight, complete with a radio you could control from the tub. Temperature control was perfect; the A/C ran quietly without disruption. the noise from the ice machine nearby was bothersome. The decor was aesthetically pleasing, with beautiful statues adorning the space. Unfortunately, the hallway lacked air conditioning, creating a humid environment. while the room itself was wonderful, a few adjustments would enhance the comfort further.

The location is perfect for reaching all my favorite spots. The breakfast was surprisingly good and the staff were friendly, which is always a win in my book.

Just a heads up, the pool smelled like a chlorine factory.
