Great location near the airport.

The check-in process was a nightmare. We waited about 20 minutes, only to find out we were supposed to check in at a Private Butler desk, which was confusing and frustrating. The buffet restaurant was messy and offered limited options. I felt like I was in a low-quality canteen rather than a respectable hotel dining area.

It’s not perfect, but It’s memorable

Staying here was a delightful surprise! I enjoyed a beautiful garden view room, greeted by smiling staff at every turn, including a warm welcome from the bartender. The short drive from the airport is a major plus, along with the free shuttle. Despite some minor issues, the atmosphere felt like a warm family embrace.

The free shuttle service was efficient and made travel stress-free. I particularly enjoyed the butler lounge, which added a touch of luxury to my stay.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired, with poorly maintained carpets and hygiene issues in the bathroom that detracted from my overall experience.

The non-smoking room had a strong cigarette smell that left my partner coughing and me with a headache!!! The check-in process could be smoother, considering the noise outside the rooms is quite disruptive at times!!!

arriving at this hotel was a nightmare, the shuttle, well, what shuttle? and when i finally got there, my room was disappointingly standard. where’s my welcome drink? and that spa? don’t even get me started on the ‘massage’—i expected relaxation, not a disaster. honestly, i almost left a good review but just couldn’t.

My experience was mixed, the reception staff seemed busy with other tasks, and I had trouble getting their attention. However, the pool area was peaceful and a great spot to unwind. Breakfast was interesting but difficult due to language barriers with the serving staff. Overall, I would consider other options nearby next time.
