i previously stayed in champaign, and this time at residence inn exceeded my expectations. the spacious one-bedroom king suite was perfect for our family, offering comfort and quietness. breakfast was a highlight with ample options, keeping everyone satisfied.

the fitness center equipment was not fully operational.

the hotel staff directed us to the wrong entrance—very convenient for lugging bags, right? also, the breakfast selection was nearly empty when we arrived at 9:00, leaving us disappointed. i expected some sort of welcome gift for my 'special' stay, but apparently, that's too much to ask. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The Residence Inn features spacious rooms that comfortably accommodate families, and the breakfast offers a great selection, especially for early risers. However, cleanliness in common areas, such as hallways and the pool, needs improvement to enhance the overall experience.
