We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, and we appreciated the spaciousness, especially with our two kids. The staff provided amazing customer service throughout our entire stay, from check-in to check-out. We also liked that the hotel offered valet parking, which provided more than enough space for our vehicle. The hotel's convenient location close to the airport was perfect for our early flight.

The location of the hotel was not ideal. It was in a sketchy part of town and was difficult to find the entrance.

I recently stayed at Springhill Suites for a few nights during a visit to the city. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the E and F metro lines and close to I-678. It was convenient for exploring the city, with a 45-minute metro ride to Lower Manhattan and 35 minutes to Citi Field. Accessing JFK was also easy using the metro. The onsite valet parking was reasonably priced at $40 per day and the staff were friendly and helpful.
