The staff at the breakfast is amazing, and the weekend breakfast offers more options than weekdays. Front desk staff was extremely helpful when we needed ice for an injury. The cleaning staff is friendly and hospitable. A huge plus is the free breakfast and late check-out at noon.

The location of this hotel was perfect for my reason for the trip and offered a quiet stay even though it was close to O'Hare. It was within walking distance to the Allstate Arena, which was great as I was attending an event there. The room I stayed in, room 204, was amazing. It was located on the 2nd floor at the back of the hotel with a back entrance, which provided extra convenience. The hotel's service and staff were excellent. The friendly service staff and smiling front desk made me feel welcome, and the management was top-notch.

The breakfast could be improved, as the options were mediocre and it didn't open until 8 am on weekends.

One of the cons of my stay was that the furnace was noisy when it came on, and there was a short power outage at night, causing our smoke detector to beep constantly.
