During my stay, I was woken up at 9:30 AM despite clearly displaying a 'Do Not Disturb' sign. The housekeeping staff kept knocking relentlessly, ignoring my request for peace. This left me incredibly frustrated and ruined my morning, as I had not expected to be disturbed during my stay.

My stay was fantastic. the staff made us feel like family, especially the kind front desk team. the breakfast service was impressive, with even the waffle mix being restocked during a busy rush. springhill suites really exceeded my expectations during our romantic trip, making it a memorable getaway.

absolutely dissappointed with my stay! The breakfast area was beyond cramped, and getting food took forever. Not to mention, my TV was 'fixed' without my permission, how invasive! I expected a special welcome gift for all my troubles, but clearly, I was mistaken to think I'd be treated better than others. Can't believe I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Had a fantastic time! The King Studio with Sofa Bed was spacious and clean. It had great amenities like air conditioning, a microwave, a mini-fridge, and a coffee machine. The fitness center and indoor swimming pool were well-kept, too. The staff was incredibly helpful, making the visit even better.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with clean amenities such as a well-maintained indoor pool and a fulfilling breakfast that included good scramble eggs and a friendly atmosphere in the dining area, all conveniently located near various dining options and a short Uber ride to downtown Raleigh.

The limited on-site dining options forced us to endure long wait times at nearby fast food places!!! The pool is smaller than expected, which could frustrate families looking for fun!!! Improvements are needed in parking availability during events!!!

Checked in smoothly with a super kind guy at the front desk, and the King Studio was spacious and clean. Loved lounging by the indoor pool after a long day and working out in the fitness center—it was just what I needed! Just a heads up, parking might get tight during busy times, so arriving early is a good idea. 😊

stayed here for a convention and it was super clean and spacious. the staff were all really friendly and helpful, especially the bartender matt who made a killer drink. loved the location, just a quick drive to downtown raleigh. breakfast had a lot of options and the room was nice and well-equipped. parking was free too, which is a plus.
