The staff is professional and friendly, going out of their way to assist guests. The breakfast offers a good variety of options, including delicious fruit. Guests can also enjoy facilities such as a fitness center and a book of activities.

The bar and restaurant service can be slow and difficult to get attention from the staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The lobby and the sea view from our room were beautiful. The hotel is very modern, spacious, and clean. The room was spacious and we loved the sofa next to the balcony, which overlooked the sea. The bathroom was also spacious and had plenty of room for all our cosmetics. The housekeeping was quick and friendly, and our room was always cleaned when we came back from breakfast. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner had a great view and the breakfasts were really good. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful, especially Zeljko and others. The pool was also nice with comfortable sunbeds and a great view. The hotel was located very close to the bus station, making it easy to travel to nearby towns and to the Old Town.

The hotel had excellent facilities including two pools, a beautiful private beach, a gym, and two restaurants. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the diverse breakfast buffet with a huge selection of options. The restaurant on the beach also offered fantastic vegetarian and vegan dishes. The staff, particularly Bozena and Domagoj at Momenti Restaurant, were amazing and provided excellent service.

The room itself was clean and comfortable, with modern decor. The breakfast selection was excellent, and I especially enjoyed the dedicated breakfast area for V level guests. The service throughout my stay was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff. The beach bar food was delicious, and the complimentary bottled water and occasional smoothies made my beach experience even more enjoyable. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like the small pool and the issue with saving poolside beds, I would happily stay at this hotel again. I highly recommend the hotel for its beautiful setting, excellent service, and great value for money.

The Miramare restaurant offers a great view of the bay, perfect for enjoying a meal while taking in the stunning scenery. The restaurant's beautiful terrace overlooking the sea provides a breathtaking backdrop for dining. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located opposite a beach road, making it easy to access the seaside.

My xmas stay at this hotel was fantastic! the staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home. the food was top-notch, especially the buffet breakfast and dinner. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of shops and restaurants nearby. But the best part was definitely the stunning view from my room - I couldn't get enough of the breathtaking scenery!

The stunning lobby with massive windows overlooking the sea was impressive. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including fresh omelettes, breads, fruits, and a selection of teas and coffees. the outdoor pool with its beautiful blue tiles and sea view was a great spot to relax.

The hotel appeared tired and in need of a facelift. the food and drinks offered on the premises were overpriced, which was disappointing.

The hotel had stunning sea views and the staff were lovely and friendly. The transportation was convenient with the bus right outside the door to take me to the old town, and there were two quality pools to enjoy. The overall feel of the place was great.

We were delighted with the spacious room and balcony. The breakfast offered plenty of quality options. The indoor and outdoor pools were the perfect temperature and size, with stunning sea views. The hotel's private pebble beach was a real standout feature. we highly recommend Valamar.

Stayed at the President Valamar Collection Hotel for a week-long holiday. The room was excellent, with comfortable furnishings and a beautiful sea view. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel's location at the end of the bus route made it very convenient, with frequent buses available. The hotel also had a great restaurant, with the staff going above and beyond to rectify a mistake by offering us a complimentary dinner the next day. Truly exceptional customer service!
