the room was really comfy and modern, had a kettle which was cool. the location was super easy for the tube, made getting around a breeze. breakfast was amazin for only £10, so much choice! also, the staff were nice and helped out when i needed a late checkout. loved the quick walk to the O2!

the shower had crazy temp changes that were super annoying. also, some noise from above kept me up a bit at night.

The room was comfy and clean, just a 3-minute walk to the tube, making it perfect for my short stay.

Felt free to seek any assistance, no reason to complain.

where do I even begin? the bathroom door didn’t shut and the shower was pure, chaos. i was hoping for a complimentary upgrade as a special treat for my stay but was sadly disappointed. almost left a glowing review, but the lack of basic cleanliness made that impossible. keep your expectations low here, folks!

Changing room entrance cards daily was a nuisance!!! The ironing facilities were abysmal, with only one poorly maintained room available!!! Bathroom cleanliness could greatly improve, and fluctuating shower temperatures added an unwelcome twist to the experience!!!
