Great value for the money, the room was clean and comfortable with enough space for clothes. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the tube. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and were extremely friendly and helpful.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, particularly the bacon which wasn't cooked enough and the scrambled eggs were a bit solid. it wasn't the best breakfast experience, especially for international visitors.
