The room was clean and tidy when we arrived, and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a good selection of food. the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city. the staff was polite and accommodating.

Our romantic escape was marred by a few negative experiences. the first was the noise level in the hotel.

We loved that the toilet tissue and Kleenex were of higher quality than most motels. The kitchenette had everything we needed, except for actual food. The location was ideal and the staff, especially the lady who checked us in, was exceptionally warm and welcoming. we had a great experience at Residence Inn.

The bathroom was a touch small, but it wasn't a major problem. The breakfast could have had a better selection and quality, although it was still nice to have it included with our room.

Wonderful Staff at a Beautiful Property

I recently stayed at a hotel in Dallas and was blown away by the amazing staff at this location. Joyce at the front desk was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The entire team treated me like family and their hospitality was exceptional. Not only that, but the property itself was stunning, with newly remodeled rooms that looked amazing. I also have to mention the delicious breakfast prepared by Brenda and the fantastic dinners cooked by Maylene. I can't wait to return next year. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and beautiful property.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Dallas for 4 weeks and I had a fantastic experience. The hotel is conveniently located near several Indian restaurants, which was perfect for me as I love Indian cuisine. The rooms were spacious and well-kept, making me feel like I was staying in a small apartment. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities, from complimentary drinks and food to anything I needed for my room, were readily available. Additionally, the breakfast spread was amazing, with plenty of options to choose from every morning. it was an excellent place for a long stay.
