During our stay at Residence Inn, we experienced a slight issue with our room type. However, Marco, the friendly and attentive staff member, went above and beyond to resolve the problem. He focused on finding a solution instead of dwelling on the issue, ensuring that we were well taken care of throughout our stay. We truly appreciated his dedication and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional service.

As backpackers, we loved the nice clean environment of Residence Inn. The well-maintained and comfortable room with a quiet atmosphere allowed us to unwind after a long day of exploration. The nicely appointed amenities and the comfortable bed made our stay even more enjoyable.
