Stayed at a hotel that was overbooked, so they canceled my reservation. Ended up at Hilton Garden Inn for a terrible experience. Now at a Marriott, enjoying great service!

We stayed in a spacious 2 queen suite with a pull-out sofa bed, perfect for our family with a one-year-old. the open room concept allowed us to keep a close eye on our son as he crawled around. We appreciated the separate toilet/shower area from the sink/mirror area. the style of the drawers and the desk that came out from the wall with the mounted TV gave the room an updated appearance and provided extra storage. the hotel's location in Benton Harbor felt safe and clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by the welcome message on the TV screen. the continental breakfast was well stocked, and we loved the variety of seating arrangements in the cozy eating/gathering area, especially the half booth/half table situation and the half rounded corner booths.

The seating arrangements downstairs in the eating/gathering area were cozy and convenient, especially for families with little ones.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in Benton Harbor for a weekend getaway. The entire facility and room were impeccably clean, and the room itself was spacious and cozy. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even providing us with a customized list of dinner suggestions categorized by cuisine. We ventured into downtown using their recommendations and had a fantastic evening. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, and the pool was warm and inviting. I will definitely be staying here again whenever I'm in town.

The staff at Hampton Inn were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They provided exceptional service throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the large refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

While the hotel was clean and comfortable, it was difficult to find as there was no sign on the road. Additionally, the nighttime staff at the front desk could have been friendlier.

I had a great stay at a hotel in Benton Harbor. the staff at Hampton Inn & Suites were super friendly and the breakfast was delicious. They even extended the breakfast hours to 10 am, which was perfect for me due to the time change. I also received a 10% discount at a nearby restaurant called the Brick House, which was recommended by the hotel. the food was excellent, and I had a lovely evening watching the sunset on the beachfront.

We loved our stay at Hampton Inn in Benton Harbor! We were completely unfamiliar with the area and the staff went above and beyond to help us out. They created a cute page called Staff Favorites with three choices for each type of cuisine, which made choosing where to eat a breeze. The hotel was clean, spacious, and had a great breakfast.
