after almost giving this a good review, I just couldn’t overlook the old bar of soap left in the shower and the gym, which was an absolute let down. I also expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, considering the pool was closed and I was forced to suffer wihout it. unthinkable!

Breakfast options were fantastic, especially the waffle toppings. Mini golf nearby was fun for the family.

The breakfast was a delightful surprise with fantastic options, especially those creative waffle toppings! Plus, we scored an upgraded room, making our stay comfortably cozy. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

However, I did notice an old bar of soap left behind in the shower, and the gym was quite disappointing, missing essentials like dumbbells. We also booked a King bed, yet it felt more like a Queen, and a little persistence was needed to get a missing fitted sheet for the pull-out bed.

I stayed here for a family visit and was impressed with the breakfast offerings, which included a wide variety of toppings for waffles, making mornings delightful. The coffee was always hot and available, which was a plus. The staff was remarkably accommodating, especially when we needed a room on the first floor due to the bad weather. Overall, it was a cozy stay, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Good amenities, clean rooms, but kitchen utensils were missing. Nice breakfast variety.

the last time i stayed in overland park, my experience was decent, but this time at residence inn really exceeded my expectations. the breakfast options were incredible, especially the blueberry compote for waffles which stood out to me. the staff was fantastic, making my stay enjoyable with their attentiveness.

the ice maker in the room wasn't working.

It is a spacious hotel with a fantastic breakfast buffet featuring 10 waffle toppings and attentive staff, and a welcoming atmosphere for pets.

Spent three delightful nights here! The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring ten waffle toppings and excellent coffee. The staff was super friendly and attentive, even making time to chat. The cleanliness and room comfort exceeded expectations, too. It was clear they appreciated our stay and went out of their way to enhance the experience.

The King Studio with Sofa Bed was pretty comfy. The bed felt great for a good night's sleep. I loved the kitchen setup. it was perfect for a quick meal. Plus, the coffee was always available, which I appreciated. However, the shower pressure was a little weak, but the cool shampoo and body wash dispensers made up for it. Not a big deal, just a small hiccup!

the location is fantastic (so many eateries and shops nearby! ) and the staff were incredibly helpful. loved the variety at breakfast, especially those pre-packaged muffins.

liked everything! though the heating could be better.

Clean room, convenient location, with free parking and a friendly staff that made our stay enjoyable, especially with the delicious breakfast options like hardboiled eggs and oatmeal.
