Centrally located luxury accommodation with excellent staff. Delicious food, including impressive pizza offerings, served in a charming restaurant adorned with beautiful Christmas decorations. Rooms are consistently clean and tidy. a memorable stay.

During my solo trip, I stayed at a majestic hotel located in the heart of the city. It had an inner garden that offered tranquility, perfect to escape the bustling city life. The staff was polite and helpful, and they even arranged transportation to the airport. My room was spacious, and the bathroom was equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast spread was delicious, and I loved the gym facilities provided to guests. The view from my room offered a stunning panoramic of the city skyline.

The only drawback was the limited parking space, but the hotel staff took care of it by suggesting nearby parking lots for my rental car.

Excellent service and beautiful rooms at this city hotel. We loved spending time in their surreal garden. The breakfast buffet was great, and we appreciated the personalized welcome artwork and cake for our anniversary. we had a wonderful stay at the hotel.

Spacious rooms with a balcony. Accommodating early check-in and convenient experience with Mr. Ritu raj's help. Beautiful view and stunning property. Maintained as a heritage property. Chef Venugopal was nice, humble, and took care of us well.

Located in a heritage property, filled with nostalgia, ITC offers a taste of the past era. The reception staff, Sharanya and Monica, provide exceptional service, while Khushi’s recommendations are spot-on. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with spacious bathrooms. The breakfast options are diverse and cater to various preferences. Guests can enjoy the lush green hangout spaces and indulge in the colonial-style architecture. The hotel also houses a beautiful bar, Dublin, with unique decor.

Room service can be slow in responding to requests.

Really enjoyed the complimentary spa treatment and the delicious breakfast. the hotel is located in a peaceful area with little traffic, which was great for getting some rest. the rooms were also very clean and spacious.

The lobby was stunning, with beautiful chandeliers that added a touch of elegance. The chocolate boutique was a great addition, with a wide variety of unique and delicious chocolates to choose from. The aroma of cocoa in the store was heavenly. The staff, particularly Radhika, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making the experience even more enjoyable.

The reception committee did not provide any information and we had to wait a long time for our rooms to be ready. The front desk staff, Chhaya and Sagar, were helpful in upgrading our rooms, but didn't offer any guidance on the hotel's restaurants or other facilities.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury. the exclusive amenities were beyond amazing, with a beautiful spa & wellness centre, sauna and outdoor swimming pool area complete with comfortable sun loungers. the restaurant served a wide variety of special diet menus, and the in, room breakfast was perfect for a lazy morning. Private facilities were top, notch and definitely satisfied my luxurious needs. the location was also ideal, with beautiful gardens surrounding the venue.

My only minor issue was with the service , some staff were exceptional, but others were below par, making my experience inconsistent. Despite this, I had an amazing time here.
