The Deluxe King Studio was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. However, noise from the sidewalk and nearby traffic made it hard to sleep with the window open, and a lack of air conditioning made it stuffy at times. This spot is great for a short stay but may not be ideal for light sleepers.

The room had a lovely vibe, sparkling clean and the coffee station was a great touch. It’s right in the center of town, steps away from delicious dining options and serene nature spots.

The area can be a bit noisy at times and a bit of parking can be challenging. more options around for leisure could enhance the experience.

my overnight stay exceeded my expectations. the room was clean and quiet, with the wonderful creek beside it creating a peaceful atmosphere. the location had great food options nearby, perfect for a relaxed getaway.

the staff was friendly, but I’m afraid that’s where the compliments end. the heating system was shockingly uneven, leaving me in the cold bathroom. also, the wi-fi was utterly useless, a fact you’ll quickly discover after driving 20+ miles just to find dinner. I expected a welcome gift to make up for it, but alas, nothing. I just couldn’t recommend this lodge.

For a relaxing experience, use the kitchenette to prepare warm drinks while enjoying the creek's calming sounds, especially in chilly weather.

It was just an excellent fit for a brief sojourn in Markleeville with good value for price. The clean and comfy room made it easy to relax after a day out exploring the area. Try to secure a room away from the main road for a quieter experience.

Had a proper canny time in the room, all clean and cozy with a nice kitchenette for making hot chocolate. Only downside was the quiet town. not much open after 5pm. But the setting near the lake and hiking was brilliant! Would definitely come back, like.
