The staff at this hotel are exceptional - friendly and helpful. They made our stay feel like home, especially Abraham, Chris, and Robert at the front desk. The housekeeping on our floor was impressive too. Plus, our dog had a great time here!

I was blown away by the 5-star service at the Residence Inn in McAllen. From the moment I arrived, the staff, especially Abraham, made me feel welcome and valued. As a platinum member, I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded my room to the quiet and comfortable third floor. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of hot food. I loved how Abraham remembered my name throughout my stay. The hotel also had a lovely outdoor area with a fire pit, perfect for relaxing in the evening. the clean and well-appointed room, along with the exceptional service, has made this my go-to hotel in McAllen. I highly recommend it!

We recently stayed at Residence Inn for a few nights and it was a great experience. The rooms were stylish and up to date, which we really enjoyed. One of the highlights for us was the view of the pool from our room, even though we didn't get a chance to use it. The bedroom lamps had two outlets each, making it super convenient to charge multiple devices. Another plus was the variety of breakfast choices and the convenient location, with an HEB nearby for easy grocery shopping. we've always had pleasant stays at Residence Inn locations and the updates here were fantastic.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

He recognized our status and even upgraded our room. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a grocery store, making it easy to pick up any essentials we needed. Additionally, the location is also great for exploring nearby attractions, such as San Padre Island. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a separate bedroom and a well-equipped kitchen. The breakfast offered a variety of hot and delicious options. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money, attention to detail, and convenient location.

All was fantastic, no room for improvement.

The best aspects of our experience were the cleanliness of the rooms, the excellent hotel facilities, convenient parking options, the hotel's great location near everything in the city, and the top-notch quality of service provided by the friendly staff. Additionally, the breakfast provided a wide variety of options, and the hotel also offered delicious supper on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights.
