I can't stop raving about my recent stay here! the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. the rooms were luxurious with high ceilings and a choice of pillows! the hotel provided a soft dressing gown and slippers, making it feel extra cozy and welcoming. the bar was buzzing, the perfect spot for a nightcap after a day of exploring the city, which is conveniently located near all the shops and attractions, making it super easy to get around.

A few small things could be improved, like having clearer signage at breakfast to avoid guests having to navigate around others to get to the food stations. it would be great if the tea facilities were replenished before guests check-in.

the staff were fabulous, going above and beyond. from the breathtaking bar area to the advanced modern bathrooms, every detail was beautifully thought out. the hotel's ambience was amazing, and the comfortable room with a spacious bathroom made for a perfect weekend getaway.

Just stayed at a hotel right near local nightclubs! LOVED the super-king sized bed. the spa & wellness centre is even better in person. Would definitely stay here again!

Elegant decor, friendly staff, convenient location near town center. Enjoyed delicious small platters, impressive bar area. Room beautifully appointed.

The hotel was fantastic - the staff were top-notch, rooms were spotless and cozy, and the buzz in the air was just right. Plus, the central location was prime for exploring the city - we could stroll to Mathew St for some nightlife in a jiffy! 💃 Unfortunately, the hallway felt a tad dimly lit at night and needed some sprucing up - but nothing that put a damper on our overall stellar experience.

The hotel located near the train station and close to everything in the city centre. The cleanliness was impeccable, staff professional, and the breakfast excellent. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like.

I absolutely loved how spacious and comfortable the room was. the super-king sized bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the pillows were just heavenly. the air conditioning worked flawlessly, keeping the room at the perfect temperature even during the hottest part of the day.

I wish there were more options available for browsing.

Enjoyed the spacious and clean room, excellent food, and lush Palm Court bar. Disappointing room view and spa issues, but the wow factor and location are highlights. Overall I recommend this hotel.
