The value for money at the hotel was great. The room had a stylish and comfortable modern theme. The location was convenient and the staff at the desk were very helpful and informative.

The breakfast experience could use a boost to make it even better.

The hotel had nice suite type rooms with a kitchenette, including a full, size fridge, microwave, and stove. the location was great, with many nice restaurants within walking distance. the hotel also offered paid parking, which was underground and heated, perfect for the winter weather.

One downside was the breakfast, which was so, so and not as good as other Residence Inns. com, which posed as the hotel and caused confusion and frustration when trying to add an additional night.

Great Location near popular attractions, excellent gym and pool facilities, friendly and helpful staff. One specific situation that happened to a guest was the issue with slow draining showers in room 417. We also experienced this problem during our stay and it was a bit inconvenient. However, the overall cleanliness of the room was impeccable.

The facilities, including the pool and the beautiful suites with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bedroom, and bathroom. The location was perfect, with downtown restaurants and attractions within walking distance, as well as the Guthrie and Mill City museums. The indoor heated parking was a great convenience. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, providing us with maps and valuable information. The breakfast provided a nice start to our day, with plenty of nutritious options.

You'll love the historic atmosphere of this hotel, which used to be a train depot. It’s a beautiful spot with modern amenities, including banquet facilities for weddings. You'll be a short walk from the Stone Arch bridge as well as the main parts of the city. The hotel also has comfortable rooms, and the staff provides good service. You'll enjoy eating breakfast with a view of the city and the Mississippi River. The parking will cost you a bit, but the location is worth it.
