The hotel was great for my New Year's stay. the staff was friendly and super helpful. They made sure that our personal needs were met. the restaurant and chef were also fantastic. the location was lovely - right in the heart of the city - which allowed us to easily explore the city. the modern technology in the hotel was amazing and made everything very convenient.

I did find that the price of some mini bar items was very pricey. the exotic teas were very expensive.

The luxurious amenities in this hotel were fantastic! From the spa to the restaurant, everything was top-notch. the service was impeccable, with staff attending to every need. the room advantages were exclusive and added to the overall luxurious ambiance. the location was perfect as it was central to everything.

The only minor issue was the limited space in the swimming pool area that made it a bit crowded. But, the indoor swimming pool was amazing, as well as the other exclusive facilities like the Spa centre.

We had an exceptional dining experience at Cut restaurant. The food was superb and the service was top-notch. The hotel itself was modern and high-tech, providing a very comfortable stay. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the overall friendliness of the staff. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

We stayed at this hotel in the heart of London and it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the major attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious bathroom. The service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff available 24/7. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the stunning view from our balcony.

The price of some items in the mini bar was quite high.
