I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff, from the moment I arrived until I left, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious with a nice bathroom. The breakfast selection was excellent, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The hotel's location was very convenient and easy to park in the downtown area.

The hotel's cleanliness, inviting atmosphere, and great location made it easy for us to get around. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff were greatly appreciated. This Residence Inn is probably the best we've stayed in, and other hotels could learn from their exceptional customer service and effective communication.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel in Downtown Omaha. The converted bank building added a unique charm to our experience. The location was perfect, with shops and places to eat in the nearby old market area. The rooms were pristine and looked new, and the comfortable furniture and excellent mattress made for a restful night's sleep. The bathroom had great water pressure and nice amenities. The hotel's shuttle service was a great bonus, conveniently taking us to and from the airport and local stops. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Omaha.
