My family and I recently stayed at the Residence Inn in Menlo Park and we were blown away by the excellent service and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we felt like part of the family. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the location was perfect, being close to everything we needed within Palo Alto and centrally located in Silicon Valley. We were also pleased to find that transportation options, such as the train station, were conveniently nearby.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of Santa Cruz Avenue where there are many nice restaurants. We also appreciated the easy parking and convenient transportation options. a great place to stay in this city.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The one-bedroom suite was spacious and well-equipped for a long stay. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel overall was impeccable. Free parking was readily available, and there were designated spots both upfront and on the side street. This hotel is also conveniently located near Silicon Valley, making it ideal for business travelers.

My stay at Residence Inn was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were clean and well kept, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi during our romantic stay in the Bay Area. the location was convenient, with easy access to both San Francisco and San Jose's bustling downtowns. the suite was cozy and had everything we needed for our getaway.

The train passing loudly by the hotel kept disturbing our peaceful night sleep. It was a massive inconvenience as we came to relax and enjoy each other's company.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The location was perfect. We were within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to see. The thermostat was adjustable down to 60 degrees. The bed was wonderful, and I didn't wake up with a backache once. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower stall was divine. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates, utensils, etc. The breakfast buffet provided by the hotel every morning was fabulous. The hotel had free guest laundry rooms. There were plenty of areas to relax and socialize, such as the lobby and the outside hearth. this was a great place for bigger groups of friends.

The hotel was located in a convenient area with a variety of restaurants, shopping centers, and a walking trail nearby. The rooms were spacious with a nice living area and a kitchenette. The staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful, making my stay enjoyable.

Some rooms had issues with noise due to its proximity to a nearby railway track. Additionally, some rooms in certain blocks didn't have easy elevator access, which could be inconvenient especially when carrying luggage.
