Great location in the heart of downtown with easy access to the gaslamp quarter and convention center. the complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise and offered a variety of options. Having a kitchen in the room was convenient for preparing meals and the room had all the necessary appliances.

Housekeeping was inconsistent and our room was not cleaned after being gone for several hours. It would have been nice to come back to a fresh room.

the kitchenette was perfect for cutting and serving fruits, and the bedroom had plenty of space for our large luggages. the living room was spacious and well-maintained, and the restroom was surprisingly clean. the bed was comfortable and the quilt between the sheets added extra coziness. the front desk staff were friendly, and the quiet atmosphere during our stay was pleasant. We especially enjoyed the toiletries, especially the hair conditioner that left our hair soft and manageable. the breakfast exceeded our expectations and having it included was so convenient. we had a great experience and will definitely stay here again in the future.
