Check-in was quick, lobby was clean & modern. Fast elevators, quiet & clean room with comfy bed. Room service food delicious. Great location for Connecticut Conference center events. Free parking until 6pm checkout.

The hotel lobby was clean and well designed, with fast and efficient elevators. The room was a nice size, clean, and quiet, with a very comfortable bed. Room service food was good. The hotel is directly connected to the Connecticut Conference center, making it an excellent location for events. The parking garage allows guests to keep their car parked until 6 pm on the day of checkout at no additional cost, which is great for business travelers. The lady at check-in was kind enough to grant access to the concierge lounge.

I had such a fantastic stay! The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown with an amazing view. My room on the 14th floor had a breathtaking view of the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the rooftop pool - such a cool feature! The cleanliness of the bathroom was spot-on, with no unpleasant odors. Plus, the hotel's proximity to the convention center made it so convenient for me to attend my event. The staff were friendly and accommodating, from the service technicians who helped with my TV to the restaurant staff who served excellent food. a great experience!

For the price, the room was great and the bed was super comfy. The location was perfect, with attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The staff treated us well and we had a pleasant stay.

The only downside was the breakfast option. It could have been better with faster service and cleaner tables.

We had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right next to the Convention center in downtown. It was so convenient being directly behind the event we were attending that weekend. The view from our room on the 14th floor was breathtaking, overlooking the city. And talk about a cool feature - the pool was actually on the roof!

The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. the restaurant had amazing food, even though one of them was closed. the room service was still available, which was convenient. Additionally, the view from the room was breathtaking, offering a stunning vista of the city. the hotel's location was also ideal, as it was close to everything, making it easy to explore the city's attractions.

The front desk personnel were disappointing. They failed to take responsibility when they made a mistake and, instead of resolving the issue, they accused the customer of lying.

The hotel location, view, and pool were perfect. The room and bathroom were clean. Fast check-in and great service.

Everything is what i need and want

The room was clean and comfortable, and the restaurant food was excellent. Plus, the WiFi was reliable. The downtown location was convenient for easy access to the train station, other restaurants, and the art museum.

We felt truly spoilt, no complaints.

The hotel is located near great art galleries and adjacent to the convention center where we were attending a dance competition. The room was comfortable with ample plug-ins and a chair with a desk. To our delight, the staff was courteous and provided excellent service, from the front desk personnel to the bartender. The hotel also had a restaurant and Starbucks on-site, which made our stay more convenient.

Room was tidied and quick with great customer service. Pool was a little chilly but drinks from attentive bartender made up for it. Great location for convention center and dinner within walking distance. Hitting Starbucks on-site was a plus.

We stayed at the Marriott for a convention and found it perfectly located. It was a short walk to both the convention center and the science center, and we could easily find dinner options nearby. We didn't have to use our car the entire time, as everything was within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, and we were impressed with the knowledgeable and friendly staff. The surprise of the kitchen being open for dinner was a pleasant surprise after a long journey, and although the fries and salad weren't the best, the bacon burger was delicious. The hotel exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be staying here again.
